Reconnecting to your Flow

Using a combo of multiple modalities, and connecting to your TEAM, this opens the energetic flow between the body's 7 main Chakra centers, allowing everything to flow more freely, inside and outside of your physical form.​ Placing my hands at the appropriate Chakra centers to open the channels between them, allows stagnant energy to flow out, leaving behind an open feeling of peace, calm and balance.
Chakra balancing/healing is utilized to relieve aches, pains, anxiety, stress, etc, in different areas of the body.

Whether that is , gaining new skills, entering a phase of new growth, realizing the world isn't what you were taught it was (evolution in Human consciousness); anything and everything in between. Can be done in conjunction with balances/healings.

Maybe you’ve recently released a belief, habit, program, person, place, thing, etc, and are looking for support in moving through it.
Rainbow Light Integration helps solidify that transition phase, the in between, and allows for your next highest and greatest to be received with ease and grace. Cause, let's be honest, during that integration phase is when we're most apt to feel triggered or pulled back into the prior because our NEW isn’t fully cemented in our now. This type of session helps anchor more of your intention and releasing of the old, to better assist your forward momentum to YOUR next level.
It helps to provide trust and faith, feeling and knowing worthiness and that we are deserving, helping to dispel those fears, doubts and questions still felt inside, which then cause us to fall back into the old, where we beat ourselves up and have to force ourselves to start again at some point.
It connects us deeper to the other aspects of ourselves that have already mastered this lesson, or whatever it is, that we are currently moving through, and helps ground that into ALL our current bodies for easier integration.
