What a Session Is Like

Sessions combine gentle body-based (somatic) work with guided

non-judgemental conversation to help your nervous system shift out of stress mode.

As the body settles, many people experience:

• deep relaxation

• emotional / physical release

• slowed breathing and a calmer mind

• a feeling of being lighter and more grounded

• enhanced clarity in daily life

• greater ability to self-regulate during times of stress

Somatic work focuses on the body, where stress and emotions are often

held long after the mind has moved on.

 

Each session unfolds at your body’s pace.

This isn’t just talking things through or trying to think your way into change. It’s where we work with what’s actually happening underneath — your patterns, your nervous system, and the way your body holds and responds to life.

 

It’s a blend of coaching and energy work that helps you release what’s no longer aligned, recalibrate your system, and come back into a clearer, more self-led version of yourself.
