We are energetic beings, so by
gently, but effectively, opening the body's energy channels it will provide relief from aches, pains, anxiety and more.

Allowing the energy to flow freely through the body, or point of contention, allows healing throughout ALL of the bodies.

Using a combo of multiple modalities, and connecting to your Spirit Team, this opens the energetic flow between the body's Chakra centers, allowing everything to flow more freely, inside and outside of your physical form, while stagnant energy flows out, leaving behind an open feeling of peace, calm and balance.​

Accessing your Inner Guidance
Helping people connect with their own unique innate wisdom through the use of light hypnosis, as created by the late Dolores Cannon.
This is an in-depth dive into YOU, where I gently guide you into the Theta state of awareness where you are able to connect with your Higher Self in order to gain access to your life's questions. It allows for clarity, sense of direction, validation, and healing on ALL levels.

These sessions are facilitated FOR you and BY you. Many people find these helpful especially when they are at a crossroads in any area of their lives.

These all encompassing sessions are recorded for you to listen to as often as you need, for additional healing.
