About Me.
After living my entire life the way others told me to, I finally endured burn-out and quit my job, that I loved aspects of, but was draining my energy more and more on the daily. After a profound weekend with a friend, I found myself unable to pretend anymore that I was living my best life. I began having health issues related to my inner self, my inner child, and how I had been allowing myself to express it all. I started looking at what I loved and loathed about the life I had created for myself, and found out I needed to change virtually all of it. I've spent years reprogramming and unlearning who I thought I was and along the way I enrolled in various different healing avenues, initially for myself. I threw myself into learning more about: Health Coaching, Reiki, Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT), Energy Balancing, AcuEnergetics and learning more about frequency medicine and healing. I started understanding why I'm here in this time and space, and how I can make an impact for my own life, as well as the lives of others.​​

Other hobbies I like to dabble in are hiking, photography, exploring old and new places and spaces, deep connection with others and spending time with my favorite humans, and of course, Mother Earth.

I scheduled a QHHT session with Heather with zero expectations of what it would look like, more just interested in the whole process. My session was life changing - I don’t mean to be dramatic but there were moments where I felt out of body and almost in a trance, outside of myself looking in - so deep in my dreams like I had traveled back in time to my childhood, traveled forward to my future, and got stuck in a weird place somewhere in between (kinda intense for a second). Heather has a unique ability to help you tap into your own body and mind, whether it’s her calm demeanor, soft voice, or true gifts with energies and healing. 10/10 recommend exploring your deepest self and consulting heather for a session!
